BIG BANG BONG

We start the Festival with a bang.  The Redlands Shire and the Boonah Community bands come together with a spectacular program for all music lovers.

Enjoy a Ripping Yarn at this adapted radio play production written by Michael Palin and Terry Jones.  Performed by Boonah Playmakers.

WRITING WORKSHOP – JOURNALING

Learn all about journaling for writers with presenter Vicki Bennett, author of 32 books including “I’ve Found the Keys, Now Where’s the Car?”  And “Programme to Succeed”.

Take all the trimmings and a whole lot of baubles and beads and bling up an art canvas to take home. Everything supplied including canvas, glue and serious bling.

YOUTH SHOWCASE

Saturday 7 September

FESTIVAL FINALE

A night to celebrate the creative festivities of the Festival including the stunning outfits designed and modelled in this night of fashion and wearable art, the presentation of the Art and Writing prizes, plus entertainment from local young musicians, Boonah High School Rock Band and much more.
